Austria vs. Germany – a weekend of two halves

Last weekend the German national team set off for Vienna for a weekend that saw them play the Austrian national team in two 50 over friendlies. The weekend was important for both teams. The Austrians will shortly be playing in a play-off tournament with France, Belgium and Gibraltar for the one remaining place in the ICC World Cricket League. For Germany it was important practice as we head towards the important WCL Division 7 tournament in 2013.
