Vom 11. bis 14. April 2022 fand in unserem nationalen Leistungszentrum in Krefeld die erste ICC-Tutoren-Kohorte überhaupt statt. Der Kurs wurde von Esther De Lange von der ICC zusammen mit Dave Gelling und Subir Shreshta, die ICC Master Educators sind, geleitet. Unsere Frauen-Kapitänin Anu Doddaballapur, die Bildungsreferantin Stephanie Frohnmayer und die Entwicklungsmanagerin Sharu Sadarangani haben erfolgreich an der dreitägigen Ausbildung teilgenommen und sind nun qualifiziert, Trainer-Kurse in ganz Deutschland durchzuführen.
Wir sind sehr stolz auf ihre Teilnahme und Leistung und hoffen, dass diese Erfahrung in den deutschen Cricket-Gemeinschaften weitergegeben wird, indem mehr neue und effektive Trainer: innen für die Zukunft des Crickets in Deutschland ausgebildet werden.
Germany has 3 ICC Tutors!
We hosted the first cohort ever for ICC Tutors in our national performance centre in Krefeld from the 11th to 14th April 2022. The course was conducted by Esther De Lange from the ICC along with Dave Gelling and Subir Shreshta who are ICC Master Educators. Our women’s captain- Anu Doddaballapur, Educational Officer-Stephanie Frohnmayer and Development Manager- Sharu Sadarangani successfully took part in the 3 day training and are now qualified to deliver trainer courses all over Germany.
We are extremely proud of their participation and achievement and hope that this experience will be shared within German cricketing communities by building new and effective coaches for the future of cricket in the country.
